One night while channel surfing I caught an episode of Million Dollar Closets with LA Closet Design. In the episode Lisa does the Kardashians closets. I was super motivated(closet envy Kris!) to revamp my closet and since I recently moved what better way then to start fresh with my organization. 

I first purchased the pink hangers, but found the velvet rubbed off on my lighter clothing so ended up returning for the beige ones. While I do love how much more space I have with the streamlined hangers, I hate how they misshape the shoulder area of the tops.(would be ideal if they were not as wide.)

Also a sneak peak of my shoe closet...this was an awkward space to fill as the space didn't fit clothing so I opted for my shoes. My flats I had to pile them on top of each other, but mostly these are shoes I don't reach for often so it's not too much of a problem.

My Verdict: Praiseworthy. This collection looks HAWT!!! I would expect no less from Nicole. Although without seeing this in person, and trying it on I can't vouch for the quality of fabric or fit. And not everyone has the killer body Nicole has, but if it can tuck and shape and lift in all the right places I say this is a steal!

Update...Makeup Declutter Completed (For now)

And here's my updated progress of decluttering my makeup...

This is an old Ikea trolley, new version or this

My goal is to eliminate this completely...

While I can do this now, I'm not quite ready to relieve the items in the drawers...(old habits die hard :P)

Top: Travel brushes, eye/lip liners, eyebrow grooming tools, eyelash curlers, eyeshadows, highlighters and bronzers

Middle: False Lashes, hair clips and bobby pins, Q-tips and setting powders

Bottom: Makeup cases, picture frames, sponges

On my vanity...lotions, brushes and tools

Inside: Custom Palettes, eyeshadows/pigments, lipsticks/lip glosses

Inside: Quads, eyeshadow, eyebrows and blushes 

For now this is what I'm happy to keep, however in the future if I'm not using the Chanel quads and MAC pigment samples I'd like to purge those. Also when I find the time to depot my MAC shadows I have an empty palette that needs to be filled. That will make space for the items on my trolley, (eye/lip liners, lip glosses). The tools and extra brushes can fit on top of my vanity and most of them are travel sized brushes which can be put together with my travel essentials.

Spotted this on Raeviewer and The Beauty Look Book and have been seriously craving...

With my recent resolution I certainly have been craving a new pick me upper but will hold off until I can purge before purchasing...
But since its a limited edition I'll have to be quick or its gone...

I like pink dune, summer fling and paradisco. It's so hard to choose, as I'm going on swatches based on other peoples pigmentation. Wish the Tom Ford counter was available now, good news is they will be coming to Vancouver!
