My Verdict: Praiseworthy. Reblances the skin after cleansing. Currently I'm using the Glacial Revitalizing Mist. I like lavender for the soothing and relaxing scent and the hydrating and revitalizing benefits.
You can make any toner into a mist by transferring the contents into a spray bottle. Find those at the dollar store or Daiso.
