My Verdict: Praiseworthy. I could not be more pleased with the service provided from Anna at the Hermes Calgary boutique. I was searching for the bracelet as mentioned in my last post, but decided on the coral one seen in the picture above. While I was at it I decided to inquire about a scarf that I'd fallen in love with from a past season. Having been discouraged from inquiring at several other boutiques(and laughed at for even asking) Anna happily offered to do a world wide search for me. I didn't even know this was possible, even my local store did not offer. Regardless if it's available or not I am still ecstatic she offered and is looking for me. Definitely recommend purchasing with Anna if you're looking for some hard to find treasures...

My Verdict: Praiseworthy. Rated #2 Traveller's Choice 2013 Top Hotels for Romance in Canada by Trip Advisor, and I couldn't agree more. The highlight for me was definitely the food. The room and spa weren't stand outs for me, but the food made the Brentwood Bay something worthy to return too. Nestled in Brentwood Bay, a short 20 min drive from the ferry (take the back road to McTavish then straight down East Saanich to West Saanich), 30 + min drive to downtown Victoria and the bustling city life. If you're looking for a relaxing, impeccable customer service, and dreamworthy food experience with the option for city excursions I highly recommend the BBR&S!

* we also were able to tour 2 castles and highly recommend if you have a few hours to spare...

* Hatley Castle had classes in session, but we were still able to peak inside and take a look at the museum and gift shop
